After entering your interests. Go to discover to find classes, groups, mentors and people looking to chat. Under groups you will find events, or you can make your own. Don't hesitate to interact!

What is Hobi?

Hobi is a social platform that connects people with the same interests and skills from all over the world. Looking to learn, teach or just make new friends ? Hobi is for you!

How do I post?

What separates us from other platforms is we try to make it easy to be more social, that means no meaningless posts. To post on Hobi you have to either attend an event or a class.

Where do I post from?

After event or class attendance you will receive two notifications. One asking you to review and the other asking if you would like to post about it. Just click on notification to post

How do I become a teacher?

Go to side menu and scroll down. Please note all teachers have to be KYC verified with stripe. All information entered goes directly to stripe and is not stored. Except for ID pictures.

What payment system does Hobi use?

Hobi is partnered with stripe to provide you a secure and easy payment process.

KYC Documents (only applies to teachers)

Except for the government issued ID and phone number (for safety purposes). All information from KYC automatically goes to stripe and is not kept on the app.

Why is KYC verification mandatory for teachers?

KYC process is performed to prevent illegal activities such as money laundering or fraud, in return protecting both teacher and student.
