Description: In this journaling class, we use different journaling techniques and prompts for emotional healing. Each class will focus on a specific topic like inner child, self-love, self-forgiveness, or acceptance. You’ll have an opportunity to ask questions and share your insights with others since sharing can be healing. We will close the class with a simple mindfulness exercise.
